If there are parents or grandparents who once lived in this area but are living elsewhere, make sure a form is completed for them. 3. If you remember others - friends who have moved away, please direct them to this site. 4. Make sure you put your telephone number in the top right hand corner of the first page of the form. 5. We welcome comments and even event descriptions that have historical significance to our area so please feel free to do your history in written story form. 6: Please include pictures of your family, etc that you wish to have in the history book. Seal them in an envelope with your name and address, telephone number and form number. They will be returned to you. 7. Please complete as quickly as possible so we can meet our deadline. 8. Let's make this history book something we can be proud of and people for generations to come can read and refer back to.
